Founded in 1996, our company has made its humble beginning in textile production with only 6 weaving looms in 1997. Shortly after, it moved to the factory in Hamzallı, Nazilli, Aydın, increasing its production capacity and its presence in the sector. Today, it has a total area of 28.000 m2, 6.500 m2 of which indoor, continues its production in the factory located in Hamzallı. It continues its modernization and extension investments towards becoming a fully integrated weaving facility, most recently establishing Warping and Sizing Units in 2021.

With its work experience of more than a quarter of a century and its constantly renewing investments, AS-YA Tekstil makes 3 million meters of Warping and Sizing per month, has 40,000 meters of weaving capacity per day and provides up to 380 cm wide Woven Fabrics. Continuing its production with 94 state-of-the-art air-jet weaving looms, AS-YA Tekstil offers its stakeholders grey, plain dyed and printed fabric (such as flannel, creton, ranforce, gabardine, satin, percale, duck, panama, etc.) woven from all kinds of natural and synthetic fibers and meets their needs with a high quality and competitive price approach. Moreover, we supply finished fabrics with dyeing and printing to the domestic and foreign markets through our reliable business partnerships we have been maintaining for many years.

At the point it has reached today, AS-YA Tekstil carries on its production 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the latest technology Air Jet Weaving Looms, Direct Warping and Sizing Lines, Quality Control and Packaging facilities. Moving rapidly towards becoming a fully integrated weaving factory with our production facilities, we produce all types of grey fabric and its derivatives. Having an annual production capacity of 36.5 million square meters, AS-YA Tekstil has become a valuable company with a solid place in the domestic and international markets by closely following the dynamism of the industry. In addition to our strength in the domestic market, we export to 8 countries, with indirect exports to more than 50 countries.
