59 of our 94 weaving machines are in this production line. Grey fabric is produced in the desired size, type and quality with 59 air-jet weaving looms. An average of 25,000 meters of a total daily production of 40,000 meters is produced on this line. With air conditioning systems, appropriate working conditions are provided at all times. Due to the importance of yarn strength, the interior is kept at 28°C and a humidity rate of 70% all year round. Mobile cleaners keep the production in a pristine condition at all times.

Process

Before the sized beams coming from the Sizing Plant are placed on the weaving machines, frames and reeds are prepared in accordance with the type of cloth to be woven. This prepared unit is placed on the loom. After that, the preliminary preparations are completed by putting a dropper for each yarn thread on the loom. Afterwards, the weft yarn bobbin is prepared and attached to the loom. According to the type and characteristics of the fabric to be produced, the settings of the machine are entered and weaving begins.
