From Past to Present AS-YA Textile
1996
Started production under the name Nazilli Tekstil with 6 pieces of 1982 model Russian looms.
1997
Capacity was increased to 10 with 4 more 1991 model Russian looms.
1997
AS-YA Tekstil started production in our current location, Hamzallı, with 16 Sulzer weaving machines.
1999
4 more Dobby weaving machines were added to AS-YA Tekstil.
2000
6 more Sulzer weaving machines from the Netherlands were added to AS-YA Tekstil.
2000
The first export to Italy was made.
2001
The first export to Belgium was made.
2002
10 Russian Sulzer looms from Nazilli Tekstil were sold and replaced with 4 Swiss Sulzers.
2003
16 PU Sulzer weaving machines were added to AS-YA Tekstil. AS-YA Tekstil production capacity increased to 39 looms in total.
2004
The second production line was established in Hamzallı.
2004
Nazilli Tekstil moved in to Hamzallı facility.
2005
20 Swiss Sulzer looms were added to production line.

The first export to Germany was made.

The first export to Switzerland was made.

The first export to Israel was made.

The first export to England was made.

First export to San Marino was made.

Worn out looms were sold and 11 Sulzer new generation weaving machines were added to our line.
2012
20 Swiss Sulzer looms were added to production.
2014
22 Swiss Sulzer looms were added to our line.

3rd production line was established.
2016
The production line was renewed with 24 Toyota Air Jet weaving looms, which is a new technology.
2017
The first export to France was made.
2019
7 Picanol, 2 Itema and 1 Dornier new technology air jet looms were added to the production lines.
2019
25 Toyota weaving machines with new technology air jet were added to production.
2020
The 4th production line and the Shipment building were established in the Hamzallı facility.
2021
All of the weaving looms with outdated technology have been discontinued.
2021
Direct Warping and Karl Mayer Sizing Facility was established.
2021
35 new technology Toyota air-jet looms were added to the production line. With this number and the latest revisions, the production has reached today's capacity with a total of 94 new technology weaving looms.
2022
Solar Power Plant established on the Roof of the Facility.
