It is the first of our production lines. Production in our factory starts with yarn bobbins on this line. It is the production line where the yarns are prepared before sizing and are wrapped on beams.

Process

The the highest quality yarn bobbins are placed in the warping creels after passing the preliminary quality control process. There are two 840 creels in this line. The ends of the yarn bobbins placed in the creels are combined in the Warp Beam winding for Beam preparation, which can be made on 2 lines at the same time.
