Every 1.5 days, yarn long enough to go from the Earth to the Moon and back is used in the production of our factory. With the total grey fabric woven in 34 months, we can wrap a full circle around the world. In our weaving mill, grey fabric is woven with 100% cotton, cotton/polyester, cotton/linen yarn in sizes from Ne 4 to Ne 60, in the desired thread count and widths from 70 cm to 380 cm for home, hotel, hospital textiles. An average of 40,000 meters (100,000 square meters) of grey fabric is produced per day.

      We carry out our production in our factory located in Hamzallı, Nazilli, which has a total area of 28.000 m2, 6.500 m2 of which indoor. There are 5 production lines in our factory. Our factory, which is on the process to become a fully integrated facility, has a Direct Warping Line, Sizing Line, Weaving Line 1, Weaving Line 2 and Quality Control & Shipping Lines, respectively. Our Production Proces

     We start production on the Direct Warping Line by supplying the best quality yarns, which are wound on beams according to the sizing requirement and made ready to enter the Sizing Line on the beams. In the Sizing Line, a special sizing mixture is prepared with the needs of the yarn and the fabric to be woven, and the yarns are sized and wrapped on beams again. The sized yarn beams are taken to Weaving Lines 1 and 2, and grey fabric in the desired type, quality and length are produced by weaving. After that, the fabric goes through the quality control process. When the quality is assured, grey fabric rolls are packed in line with the demands of our customers and made ready for shipment.
